ADAPTIL is the synthetic copy of the natural dog appeasing pheromone released by the mother dog. This pheromone comforts and supports puppies, giving them the confidence to explore the outside world. Suitable for
Medium/large size collar fits necks up to 62.5cm (dogs up to approximately 50kg/110lbs) and is suitable for dogs older than 6 months. For puppies under 6 months the ADAPTIL Junior collar should be used.
How to use
The collar should be fitted snugly on your dog’s neck to ensure proper functioning.
– After removing from the packaging, place a finger in the plastic loop situated on the inside of the collar close to the buckle.
– Use this loop pull to uncoil the collar.
– Feed the end through the buckle.
– Place over your dog’s head.
– Tighten the collar to fit snugly on your dog’s skin.
– You should be able to place no more than 2 fingers between the collar and your dog’s skin.
– Ensure the collar is secure.
– Cut off any excess portion of the collar.
– When ADAPTIL Calm Collar comes in contact with the skin, your dog’s body temperature warms the collar resulting in the diffusion of “appeasing messages” into the local environment.
– The collar should remain on your dog at all times (except when using shampoo).
– Use this loop pull to uncoil the collar.
– Feed the end through the buckle.
– Place over your dog’s head.
– Tighten the collar to fit snugly on your dog’s skin.
– You should be able to place no more than 2 fingers between the collar and your dog’s skin.

Hazards and Cautions
This collar is not designed to have a lead attached to it. It would not resist the tension and therefore fall off, allowing your dog to become lose.
