There are two breathing patterns to choose from: a relaxation technique (4-second inhale, 6-second exhale) or the classic 4-7-8 yoga technique (4-second inhale, 7-second hold, 8-second exhale).
The clever ball design lets you angle the light to suit your sleep position best, and the battery operation means you can use it anywhere. A simple touch button switches the light on and off, or you can set the automatic switch-off timer for 8 or 20 minutes.
How to use
Position the DreamLight so you can comfortably see the light projection on your wall or ceiling.
Choose from a red or blue pulsing light, and select the breathing rhythm you find the most relaxing.
Inhale as the light appears and exhale as it fades until you feel relaxed or naturally fall asleep.
