Optional – Attach the resistance cords to the resistance cord hooks on either side of the unit.

The length of the Cords can be adjusted by feeding Cord through the toggle.

Insert the power lead in to the power lead socket.

Insert the plug in to a mains outlet.

Switch the red main power switch on.

The Vibration Training Plate will use voice prompts to connect your device.

Press the Start / Stop button to turn on. To increase or decrease the time or intensity use the relevant increase / decrease buttons.

There are 1 – 99 intensity levels and the timer can be set to up to 20 minutes.

To select a programme press the Programme Selection button.

There are 5 programmes to choose from.

The Vibration Training Plate will automatically enter the stand-by mode within 3 minutes of the programme

To turn the Vibration Training Plate off at any time press the On / Off button.

When the unit is in Stand-By mode, pressing the On / Off button again will turn the unit on.

NOTE: When any programme is running the display switches between Speed and Time.

After use, switch off the main power switch and unplug from the mains.
