What does it do?

Boots Menopause & Me, supplements designed to support you & your menopause journey.

Radiance & Glow has been created to support your skin & hair during & after menopause, helping you look your best from inside & out. It contains Vitamin B2 to help maintain healthy skin, Biotin to help maintain shiny, healthy hair, and Copper to help maintain your natural hair colour. Also included is Collagen which is a natural building block found in your skin and plays a key role in supporting your skin health and as we get older, the amount of collagen we produce in our body begins to decline. Collagen plays a part in the elasticity, firmness and overall health of the skin.

Our formula also contains high levels of Vitamin B6 for regulation of hormonal activity and Vitamin D for healthy bones and muscles, both important nutrients during & after menopause.

Free from Artificial Colours, Flavours and Preservatives. Lactose Free.

How to use

Take 1 tablet a day with plenty of liquid. Do not exceed the daily dose. We recommend to only take one supplement from the ‘Menopause & Me’ range.
