As we age, our bones, joints and the cartilage that holds them together can incur wear and tear which may lead to pain and stiffness, especially in the morning or after activity.
Boots Everyday Knee Support provides compression to the joint which can help relieve aches, pains and stiffness.
The support is made from lightweight and breathable materials, ensuring it can be worn throughout the day.
Choosing the correct size:

How to use
For the self-treatment of minor injuries such as mild sprains and strains; use PRICE therapy during the first 72 hours after injury.
P – Protection – Protect the affected area from further injury; for example, by using a support.
R – Rest – Avoid exercise and reduce your daily physical activity for the first 72 hours.
I – Ice – Apply an ice pack to the affected area for 15-20 minutes every two to three hours. Wrap first to avoid it directly touching the skin.
C – Compression – Use a support to apply compression helping to reeduce swelling.
E – Elevation – Keep the injured body part raised above the level of the heart whenever possible. This may also help to reduce swelling.
Hazards and Cautions
Keep out of the reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Remove immediatley if product is uncomfortable or too tight. Not for use against broken skin. Not to be used with hot water or cold compresses. Not for use with topical creams. Do not wear overnight whilst sleeping. Keep away from naked flame. Seek medical advice if pain is severe, joint movement is restricted or no improvement is seen within 72 hours. Not for use long term.
NOTE: Correct size of support will maximize benefit. Folding may cause excessive compression. Not manufactured using natural rubber latex. Discontinue use if performance deteriorates. Ask your Boots Pharmacist for further information regarding this product.
