Boots Good Gut lactase enzyme improves lactose digestion in individuals who have difficulty digesting lactose. It is not suitable for those with milk or dairy allergies.
Lactose is a sugar found in milk. Our bodies digest lactose using a digestive enzyme called lactase, but some people naturally don’t produce enough of it. When taken half an hour before a meal containing lactose, Boots Good Gut lactase enzyme can help you can enjoy your favourite dairy foods again, without the ill effects

How to use
Take 1 tablet with plenty of liquid, 30 minutes before consuming food containing lactose. Up to 2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the daily dose.
