How to use

DO NOT INSERT OR PUSH INTO THE EAR CANAL AS IT MAY BE DIFFICULT TO REMOVE. COVER EAR OPENING ONLY. Wash and dry your hands before use and ensure area around ear opening is clean and dry.

• 1. Shape the whole earplug into a ball
• 2. Place earplug over ear opening and gently flatten to form an airtight seal, avoiding hair
• 3. To remove; press forward behind ear then pull down gently on earlobe until seal is broken then pull carefully away from the ear opening.             Reusable, roll and reshape with clean hands before each use.  Discard when soiled or no longer sticky.
