How to take this product

Check the foil is not broken before use. If it is, do not take that tablet.

Age: Adults
How many to take: Two
How often to take: 1 hour before you go to bed

For oral use.

Swallow the tablets whole with water. Do not chew the tablets.

Do not give to children or adolescents under 18 years.

Do not take more than the amount recommended in the table.

If symptoms worsen or do not go away talk to your pharmacist or doctor.

Do not take:

• • If you are already taking a medicine that makes you sleepy, or for stress or anxietyIf you are pregnant or breastfeeding

• This product may make you feel drowsy or dizzy. If affected, do not drive or use machines.

Avoid excessive use of alcohol.

KEEP ALL MEDICINES OUT OF THE SIGHT AND REACH OF CHILDREN.

Storage

Do not store above 25°C.
Store in the original package.
Use by the date on the end flap of the carton.

Each film coated tablet contains: 34 mg of extract (as dry extract) from Hop strobile (Humulus lupulus L.) (4-6:1) Extraction solvent: Methanol 30% (v/v) 30.8mg of extract (as dry extract) from Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis L.) (4.5-6:1) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 60% (v/v) 18.2mg of extract (as dry extract) of Passion Flower herb (Passiflora incarnata L.) (3-7:1) Extraction solvent: Ethanol 70% (v/v)
