How to use

Directions: For oral use only. Adults and the elderly:
Take one tablet twice a day, one before breakfast and one before lunch. Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, 30 minutes before food.
Do not take more than the label/ leaflet tells you to.

Hazards and Cautions

Warning: Do not use if you are:

• • Under 18 years
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Allergic to any of the ingredients

You must contact a doctor if symptoms worsen, or do not improve after 2 weeks.

Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children.

Storage

Expiry date: see base. Store in original packaging.
Do not use if foil strip is damaged.

Precautions 

– This is a medicine; Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition, are taking any other medication or complementary therapy, or if symptoms persist

– Seek advice before using if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from allergies

Active ingredients: Each film-coated tablet contains 200mg of extract (as dry extract) from Rhodiola rosea L. rhizome and root (1.5-5:1) (WS1375) (equivalent to 300-1000mg of Rhodiola), Extraction solvent – Ethanol 60% (m/m).
