How to use

Place support around hips, position pad comfortably and secure main fastener.
Bring strap through legs & through loop on rear of support. Adjust to achieve desired level of compression.
Ensure pressure pad is in position. Secure rear fastener until comfortable
Wash and Care:
Remove pad before washing. Hand Wash cold only and dry flat. Do not use fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.
