How to use

Prenatal Use
Before fitting, check support is the correct way up with the straight edge facing upwards and the curved edge pointing downwards.
Pull main fastener around back and towards stomach then fasten just below bump
Grasp smaller support straps at opposite sides in each hand and pull simultaneously to desired level and fasten. Ensure support is comfortable and in the correct position
Postnatal Use
Remove stays. Reverse and position support around abdominal area, so that larger support surface (previously on back) is now at the front. Fasten main and support straps until the device is comfortable and secure.
Wash and Care:
Remove stays before washing. Hand Wash cold only and dry flat. Do not use fabric softener. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

• Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing for prolonged periods (e.g. whilst sleeping)
• Only use on clean, intact skin. Do not use if you have a known allergy to any of the specified materials
• Do not use if liniments, ointments, gels, creams or any other substances have been applied to affected area
• The product should be applied as illustrated on the box
• If a rash develops, pain is prolonged or conditions worsen, discontinue use and consult a physician
• Do not use directly after a c-section. Always take medical advice regarding product suitability before use.

To size, measure pelvic circumference (underneath bump)
Small: 60 – 70 cm
Medium: 70 – 85 cm
Large: 85 – 100 cm
X-Large: 100 – 115 cm
XX-Large: 115 – 135 cm
