Description
The NRS Healthcare Adjustable Back Rest has been designed to provide assistance and comfort to those who struggle with sitting up comfortably in bed.
It has been created to eliminate strain when reading, eating or resting. The Adjustable Back Rest promotes good posture when sitting in bed whilst helping to eliminate curvature in the back, which can occur when pillows are used for support. Alongside this, it features a removable, padded headrest and is adjustable to six different positions for maximum comfort and support.
Furthermore, it has been tried and tested by NRS Healthcare Occupational Therapists, to ensure that this Adjustable Back Rest is functional, easy to use and safe for all.
Assembly
The NRS Healthcare Adjustable Back Rest is easy to assemble, simply place it at the top of the mattress, where you rest your head, with the rear edge of the base against the headboard/wall. Adjust the angle of the support to the required position and place pillows against the back support. Test it is firm before settling backwards.

How to use
1. Place on top of mattress (and any relevant bedding), with rear edge of base against the
headboard/wall.
2. Adjust angle of back support to desired position.
3. Place pillows against back support as required.
4. Test to ensure back support is firm and cannot move backwards.
The back support is then ready for use
Important info
Whilst the NRS Healthcare Adjustable Back Rest is stable, the maximum user weight is 127kg (20 stone) and should only be used by one singular user at a time. Ensure the supporting arm is correctly fitted into the location points before leaning back.
