Food supplement in the form of liquid obtained from wild pelagic fishes (mainly from anchovies) sourced from sustainable fishing practices. Contains essential unsaturated fatty acids (DHA and EPA) in the natural highly absorbable form of triglycerides (TG).

Recommended daily intake: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) with or after a meal.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.  The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g of EPA and DHA. Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle should be carried out to help maintain normal health.
