SENOKOT MAX STRENGTH TABLETS ADULT:
Senokot Max Strength Tablets Adult is an effective laxative made with natural Senna Fruit (pods), standardised to contain a constant amount of active ingredient in each dose. For the short-term relief of occasional constipation. Laxatives do not affect the number of calories absorbed from food. This means they do not help with weight loss.

HOW TO TAKE SENOKOT MAX STRENGTH TABLETS ADULT:
For oral use only. Adults, and the elderly and children over 18 years: swallow 1 tablet at night. Do not take more than 1 tablet in any 24hr period. Should not be used in children or adolescents under the age of 18 years. Do not take more medicine than the carton tells you to.
Senokot Max Strength Tablets Adult usually act within 8-12 hours. If there is no bowel movement after 3 days, or if symptoms persist, in particular if you have persistent abdominal pain or are passing blood, consult your doctor. Use for more than 1 week requires medical supervision.

Do not take this product if you:

- have bowel or stomach problems
- are pregnant or breast-feeding
- have a kidney or heart condition
- are under 18 years of age

Storage
Do not store above 30°C. Store in the original package. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack (EXP month/year)
Precautions
This is a medicine;
- If laxatives are required daily or if you have persistent abdominal pain or change of bowel habits consult your doctor. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you have an underlying medical condition are taking any other medication or complementary therapy or if symptoms persist
- Seek advice before using if you are planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding or suffer from allergies

Active ingredient: Each tablet contains powdered Alexandrian Senna fruit (pods) (Cassia senna L. (C. acutifolia Delile)), and Tinnevelly Senna fruit (pods) (Cassia angustifolia Vahl) equivalent to 15mg hydroxyahthracene glycosides, calculated as senoise B.
