How to use

SYSTANE® ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops may be used as needed throughout the day. May be used to treat dry eye associated with contact lens usage by instilling drops prior to inserting contact lenses and after removal of contact lenses.

Twist off the top of the single dose vial.

Place drops on the eye and blink.

Discard the vial after use.

Hazards and Cautions

Tamper Evident: Do not use if package or unit dose vials are damaged or open.

Store at room temperature.

Use before the expiration date marked on the product.

Discard any remaining solution after use.

Do not save solution in an opened vial.

SYSTANE® ULTRA UD Lubricant Eye Drops is a sterile solution containing polyethylene glycol 400, propylene glycol, hydroxypropyl guar, sorbitol, aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, potassium chloride and sodium chloride.
