The Food Standards Agency have recently issued advice that daily consumption of CBD should not be more than 10mg.

How to use
Shake well before opening. Using the spray nozzle, apply the CBD oil directly beneath the tongue, and hold for at least 90 seconds until fully absorbed. This product is only intended to be taken sublingually (absorbed beneath the tongue).
Recommended dosage: 70mg per day (approximately 3.4ml)
1 Spray (0.16ml) = 3.2mg CBD
A variety of CBD concentrations are available. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Hazards and Cautions
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. For oral use only, do not apply on or around the eye area.
Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking if you are taking any medication or have a medical condition
Do not leave in direct sunlight, store upright at room temperature.
